That is all we see.
The card only sends guests to the Google review page of the place they visited. We do not store their name, number, location or personal details, and we cannot see the review they write.
How does the NFC stand work?
A guest taps an NFC-enabled phone on the stand or scans its QR code. Either way, the link opens your Google review page. There is no app to download.
Can you update the review link later?
Yes. If you change your Google listing or move location, the destination can be updated without replacing the units already in use.
What is included in the monthly report?
The report shows how often each unit was tapped or scanned and when it was used. It does not include guest names or review content.
